No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this giveaway (the "Giveaway"). A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

2. Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored by Hancock Digital Design LLC, 1500 N Grant St STE N, Denver, CO 80203 (the "Sponsor"), operator of The Adaptive Golfer (theadaptivegolfer.com). The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or Acushnet Company (maker of Titleist products). By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility related to the Giveaway.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to enter

To be eligible to win, complete all four steps on the contest post:

• Like the contest post on Instagram.
• Follow @adaptivegolferapp on Instagram.
• Tag a friend in the comments on the contest post — each comment tagging a different friend counts as an additional entry (unlimited entries).
• Join the launch list at theadaptivegolfer.com/notify by submitting your email address and clicking the confirmation link in the email we send you (double opt-in). One signup per person and per email address.
• Optional bonus: repost or share the contest post to your Instagram story — each share earns one (1) bonus entry.

Entries generated by bots, scripts, giveaway accounts, or duplicate or fake accounts will be disqualified.

5. Entry period

The Giveaway begins upon publication of these rules and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on July 27, 2026. Likes, comments, follows, and confirmed waitlist signups completed after the entry period closes will not be counted.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive four (4) dozen Titleist Pro V1 golf balls (approximate retail value: $220). The prize is not transferable and no cash substitution is available, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Any taxes on the prize are the winner's sole responsibility.

7. Winner selection & notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries by July 29, 2026, announced on the @adaptivegolferapp Instagram story, and contacted by Instagram direct message and/or email. The winner must have completed all four entry requirements in Section 4 to claim the prize. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, or if the notification is undeliverable, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. General conditions

• By entering, you agree to these rules and to the Sponsor's decisions, which are final.
• Your email address is handled per our Privacy Policy — joining the waitlist signs you up for launch updates, and you can unsubscribe anytime (unsubscribing after the entry period closes does not affect a pending prize).
• The Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud or technical failure compromises its integrity.
• The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
