If you subscribe and change your mind, email us within 14 days of your first charge and we'll refund it in full — no questions, no hoops.
Renewal charges (monthly or annual) are not refundable, except where required by law. To avoid a renewal, cancel any time before your billing date — cancellation is self-serve in your billing settings and takes effect at the end of the paid period, so you keep access for the time you've paid for.
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer protection law of your place of residence. Where local law grants a longer cooling-off period or renewal refund rights, we honor it.
Contact us from the email on your account with the subject "Refund". Refunds are processed through Stripe (our payment processor and merchant of record) to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
